Anna Mastro grew up in Seattle, Washington where she was a dancer and choreographer and graduated from the University of Washington at age 19, before moving to Los Angeles.
Mastro joined McGs production company, Wonderland Sound and Vision, in 2001 and assisted him on CHARLIES ANGELS: FULL THROTTLE, The O.C., and produced the Charlies Angels World Series commercials for Sony.  At Wonderland she produced the Disney horror feature STAY ALIVE, the Bravo special, Dan Finnerty and the Dan Band: I Am Woman, directed by McG, and she co-created and produced the CWs highest rated Reality Show, The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For the Next Doll and the series The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.
She began her directing career with Cherry Novas highly acclaimed music video, Kamikaze.  Last year, she directed a web series chronicling the recording process (featuring Cee-Lo, RJ Rotem, The Runners, Flo Ryder, Jim Jonsin, Timbaland, Polow da Don, and Ron Fair) and launch of Girlicious. Shes directed videos for Carbon Leaf, featuring Katy Perry, Stellastarr*, Train, Butane, The Exies, The Dan Band, Matt Goss, and the The Pussycat Dolls, in addition to spots for Alfred Angelo, Caesars Palace Las Vegas
